Supported by the Scientific Research Projects Commission of Marmara University, the book Academic Profiles from the Perspective of the European Union examines the views of academics on Turkey’s accession to the European Union. Emphasising the role of universities in shaping social change, the study assesses the impact of faculty members’ views on EU membership on public opinion. Through the analysis of academic attitudes towards the European Union, the study provides an intellectual perspective on Turkey’s EU accession process.
