This book is an example of international collaboration, bringing together leading academics and practitioners from Germany, Japan, Luxembourg and Turkey. Based on the symposium of the same name held by the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in Istanbul on 6 March 2012, this work first establishes the fundamental cornerstones of the subject from theoretical and practical perspectives. It then addresses specific issues related to transfer pricing in detail, primarily from a legal standpoint.
